extractall is designed with your privacy in mind. The app processes all PDF files locally on your device. No documents, no personal data, and no file contents are ever uploaded to external servers.

Information We Collect
extractall collects minimal, anonymous usage data through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. This data includes:
- App features used (e.g. extraction started, settings changed)
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- General usage patterns (e.g. number of search terms used)
This data is fully anonymised — it cannot be traced back to you as an individual. TelemetryDeck does not use cookies, does not track you across apps, and is fully GDPR compliant.

Your PDF Files
All PDF processing happens entirely on your device. extractall:
- Does not upload your files to any server
- Does not store your file contents outside of your device
- Does not share your documents with third parties
Extracted files are saved locally in the app's private storage and are only accessible to you.
Subscriptions & Purchases
extractall offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Subscription management is handled entirely through your Apple ID settings.
Data Retention
Anonymous analytics data collected via TelemetryDeck is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
No personal data is retained because no personal data is collected.
Children's Privacy
extractall is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
